Quick Happiness

If you’re feeling depressed, trapped, unhappy, or downright miserable, try this:

  1. Go to YouTube
  2. Browse a comedy channel (two of my favorites are College Humor and Comedy Central)
  3. Keep watching videos until you laugh.

See? Reconnecting to your inner happiness isn’t so hard, is it? Every time you feel lousy, just follow the steps above and you’ll feel better in no time.
